BTP was recently awarded the Neighborhood Fave award for 2025 from Nextdoor®. It's a badge the owner—and yours truly—display with pride.
The mighty squeegee is found in virtually every design. This brand motif helps the audience decode the offering quickly and differentiate BTP from window (installation/repair) companies.
BTP is in a crowded space. Its audience requires a site with an intuitive interface where bid pricing is clear, up front, and clean of bias. If it takes longer than five seconds to determine your offer, they've moved on.
Enter the Instant Estimator Tool, developed exclusively for BTP. Coding was completed with the assistance of AI, saving BTP time and money. CSS/HTML was adjusted manually to adhere to the brand. The owner uses the tool on the fly for additional reinforcement of BTP's pricing.
For an audience comprised mostly of Gen X and Boomers in the middle-upper class, a 'getting-back-to-the-basics' approach helped earn people's trust: predictability where needed and personality where it counts. This includes testimonials, before-and-after, as well as timely, relevant humor. As the business name implies, puns are welcome (but not leaned upon).

Is it outrageous that a window cleaning service would want so much branded merch...
Or is it genius?
The service techs wear the socks to every appointment as a part of their uniform. The socks are mentioned in several glowing reviews, which suggests BTP is helping to brighten people's days figuratively, too.
